During the course of coaching, you may share your own résumés, profiles, or other materials (collectively, “Client Content”). You retain ownership of your Client Content. By providing Client Content, you grant Bruce a limited, non-exclusive license to use, edit, and reference that content solely for the purpose of delivering the Services to you. Careers by Bruce will not resell or publicly share your Client Content in a way that identifies you without your explicit permission.
4. User Responsibilities
The Services are a collaborative process. Outcomes such as landing interviews, receiving offers, or advancing your career depend on many factors beyond Careers by Bruce’s control. To get the most from the partnership, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information about your background, experience, and goals.
- Be honest about your work history, credentials, and achievements, and avoid any misrepresentation in the materials we develop together.
- Engage actively in the process, including completing pre-work, reviewing drafts, and providing timely feedback.
- Use the strategies, messaging, and materials developed in coaching in a lawful and ethical manner.
- Respect agreed-upon scheduling, payment, and cancellation policies communicated at the time of booking.
While Careers by Bruce partners with you to clarify your story, you are ultimately responsible for the decisions you make, the roles you pursue, and how you present and use the materials created through the Services.
5. Disclaimers
The Services are designed to help you present your experience more clearly, confidently, and strategically so you can pursue better opportunities. However, you understand and agree that:
- Careers by Bruce does not guarantee specific outcomes, such as a certain number of interviews, job offers, promotions, or compensation levels.
- All guidance, feedback, and suggestions are based on professional judgment and experience, but results will vary depending on your background, the market, and your own actions.
- The website and any resources provided are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Careers by Bruce disclaims all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability
