Why I Do This
Helping job seekers tell their story with confidence.
A recruiter’s perspective, a judgment-free approach, and a genuine passion for helping people recognize their value.

It Started With Conversations
Early in my recruiting career, I worked in agency recruiting where I met people from all walks of life.
Every day, job seekers would walk into our office believing they didn’t have much to offer.
Some were changing careers.
Some had employment gaps.
Some hadn’t interviewed in years.
Many would apologize for their résumé before I had even looked at it.
Then we’d sit down and simply talk.
Everyone Has a Story
I’d ask about their work, the challenges they’d solved, the teams they’d supported, and the accomplishments they thought were “just part of the job.”
More often than not, I’d discover something they couldn’t see themselves.
They had a story worth telling.
They just didn’t know how to put it into words.
Together, we’d organize their experience, strengthen their résumé, and help employers see the value that had been there all along.

Seeing Both Sides of Hiring
Over the past eight years, I’ve reviewed thousands of résumés, interviewed candidates, partnered with hiring managers, and helped organizations build stronger teams.
I also participated in employer panels and career events where job seekers asked the same questions over and over:
Why am I not getting interviews?
Is my résumé the problem?
Does LinkedIn really matter?
Most of the time, the issue wasn’t experience.
It was that their story wasn’t coming across.
